Peter Gregson, a Scottish cellist and composer, adapted Bach’s beloved Cello Suites into new music in 2018. His interpretation of the Baroque repertoire is a work of art that is both majestic and relaxing. He embellishes Bach’s familiar chords and rhythms with electronic sounds and calming resonance. It’s from the same Recomposed series as Max Richter’s 2012 re-working of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons.
